CAVALLO - 2 to 4 pers. - 70 m² + terrace. Large suite with a terrace facing the islands. A room with a king size bed(180), a large bathroom + shower + separated toilet;  a lounge and a mezzanine with two single beds and a shower room. Air conditionned.

LAVEZZI - 2 to 3 pers. - 40 m² + terrace. Junior suite with terrace facing the island. A room with a king size bed(180), a separated lounge with a single bed(90), a bathroom + shower + separated toilet. Air conditionned.

RAZZOLLI - 2 pers. - 35m² + terrace. Junior suite with terrace facing the islands. A bedroom with king size bed (200), a small lounge, a bathroom + shower + separated toilet. Air conditionned.

PIANA - 2 pers. - 35m² + terrace. Junior suite with terrace facing the islands. A bedroom with king size bed (200), a small lounge, a bathroom + shower + separated toilet. Air conditionned.

PORRAGIA - 2 pers. - 30m² + terrace. A large room with a king size bed (180) and a terrace facing the islands, a bathroom + shower + separated toilet. Air conditionned.

RATINO - 2 pers. - 30m² + terrace. Large room with terrace facing the islands, bed (200), a bathroom + shower + separated toilet. Air conditionned.

PECHEUR - 2 pers - 20m² . Room overlooking patio with 2 singles beds(90), a bathroom + shower + separated toilet.  Air conditionned.

CORAILLEUR - 2 pers. - 20m² . Room overlooking the patio with 2 singles beds(90), a bathroom + shower + separated toilet. Air conditionned.

Gastronomic restaurant classed "bonne table" by Alain Ducasse  in the guide "Châteaux et Hôtels de France", is open from 01/04 to 2/11

Half board : 62 € per day and per person. ( Child - 10 year's old : 42 € per day)
Half board is obligatory from 01/04 to 02/11
Breakfast (served in room) : 16 € per day and per pers. (obligatory from 01/01 to 31/03 and 03/11 to 31/12).

Tourist tax obligatory : 0.75 € per pers. and per day
Coat : 5 € per day with bed sheets provided
High Chair : 3 € per day
Animals : 5 € per day (Animals are strictly forbidden near the swimming pool and must be kept on a lead on the domain)

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Bookings are definitly registered only at the receipt of the cheque or bank transfer deposit.
Deposit 30% for a booking made 6 months before
Deposit 50% for a booking made 3 months before
Deposit 80% for a booking made 1 month before

CANCELLATION COSTS
Only on presentation of an official supporting (hospitalization, illness...)
Penalties :
50% of the deposit 30 days before arrival
80% of the deposit from 30 days to 3 days before arrival
100% of the deposit from 3 days to the day of arrival.
