The rates are in euros and per week (except of the Bergerie : rate per day)

The accommodation formula (added and compulsary for P4 - P6 - P6 Sup, included in the "Bergerie" rate)
P4 : 280 € - P6 : 330 € - P8 : 440 € - Bergerie : included + Half board 70 € / pers. / day
Supply and put up of complete house linen at your arrival.
Cleaning every day, 1h for the P4, 1h30 for the P6, 3h for the P8.
Final cleaning taken in charge by us.

Villa P4 (more or less 60 m²- 4 to 6 pers. - 4 adul.+ 2 chil.) located in the first or second hamlet and composed of 2 rooms with a double bed or two single beds, a shower room with toilet apart (2 shower rooms and 2 toilets for villas P4 in the second hamlet), a comfortable lounge with a sofa-bed ( depending of the villa - only for children under 12 years old), an equiped kitchinette, terrace with sun visor pergola and private landscaped garden.

Villa P6 (more or less 75 m² - 6 to 8 pers. 6 adul. + 2 chil.) located in the first or second hamlet and composed of 3 rooms with either 1 or 2 double beds or 2 or 4 single beds, 2 shower rooms with 2 toilets apart (3 of each in the villas P4 in the second hamlet) a comfortable lounge with a sofa-bed (depending of the villa - only for children under 12 years old), an equiped kitchinette, terrace with sun visor pergola and private landscaped garden.

Villa P8 ( more or less 100 m² - 8 to 10 pers. - 8 adul. + 2 chil.) located in the first hamlet with 4 rooms (2 king size beds, 2 double beds, extra bed - 80 cms large - on request), a bath room, 3 shower rooms, 4 toilets one of which apart, a large lounge very comfortable with 2 sofas; apart, a big kitchen with an american fridge dispensing ice cubes and fresh water; 3 terraces.

Bergerie ( more or less 12 m² - 2 pers.) Small "sheepfold" stonebuilt in a countrylike style ; located in the second hamlet and composed with an individual room with a double bed, a shower room, toilet, terrace with garden furnitures, television, telephone, room fridge ( no sea-sight but located at only 250 m from the beach).

On request : air-conditionned villa at special rate.

Standard equipment in the villas : Complete crockery, cooking ustensils, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and iron.Good quality furnitures and bedding, comfortable lounges with sofa-beds (depends of the villa), garden lounge, telephone connected to the residence operator and with an ouside direct line, television by satellite with international channels,on request individual safe with 76.22 € deposit.
